Fort Lee’s Business District Alliance Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Simply Juiced
FORT LEE, NJ–– The Business District Alliance (BDA) of Fort Lee and Fort Lee council members, celebrated the grand opening of Simply Juiced with a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 9, 2017 at 2 PM. Located at 302 Main Street, Simply Juiced specializes in a variety of healthy green juices, fruit juices, smoothies, snacks and more. Created by lifelong vegans, owner Sung Chung’s goal is to bring fresh nutritious options to Fort Lee.
“When I started the business 2 years ago in Hoboken, I really didn’t know what to expect, but it is truly a blessing to do what I love and to spread the wealth of health while doing it,” Sung Chung added. “I’m a Fort Lee resident so I know the dynamics of the town and we really don’t have any healthy options around here, or any organic juice bars for that matter. That’s why I decided to start the health movement here, like we did in Hoboken.”
All of their products are vegan, raw, gluten free and all of the produce used is organic and locally grown. Simply Juiced prides themselves on making all of their products on-site and created, “by locals, for locals.” Each day they prep smoothies, juices, snacks, organic sandwiches, salads and more ready to purchase in their to-go refrigerators. If you want to build your own option or something is sold out, they will prepare anything you’d like fresh.
Fort Lee BDA Executive Director, Stuart Z. Koperweis, commented, “We are very excited for the addition of Simply Juiced to our Business District. People are continuing to become more health-conscious and I think our residents will love having a place that offers great food that is also good for them.”
