Fort Lee’s Business District Alliance Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for L’Orange Bleue
The Business District Alliance (BDA) of Fort Lee, joined by Mayor Mark Sokolich, celebrated the grand opening of L’Orange Bleue with a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 13th, 2016. The self-described Lebanese-fusion restaurant offers Middle Eastern cuisine and is located on 206 Main Street.
L’Orange Bleue utilizes traditional spices and flavors with hot and cold mazza alongside grilled and baked entrees, all of which are made fresh to order. The restaurant provides a bohemian ambience, with colorful decorations, mosaic candles and lanterns. Additionally, they also feature a catering service and hookahs will be made available on location. Owner Samo Bayari added, “Fort Lee is a very up-and-coming area and is so close to the city. I live here and work here, so it was only natural for me to want to have a restaurant in the area and there’s nothing like it in Fort Lee! I think people will really enjoy trying something different.”
Fort Lee BDA Executive Director, Stuart Z. Koperweis, commented, “We are very excited to add such a unique restaurant to our business district and can’t wait for the community to experience new exotic flavors and dishes!”
