FORT LEE, NJ– The Business District Alliance (BDA) of Fort Lee, joined by Mayor Mark Sokolich and Fort Lee council members, celebrated CycleBar’s grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on November 18th, 2016. The premium indoor cycling studio provided various refreshments and a 30 minute preview ride to all in attendance. CycleBar is an indoor cycling studio that offers a variety of classes catering to people of different ages and fitness levels. All classes are held in their CycleTheatre lead by CycleStar instructors who individualize each playlist to help energize the room.
The Hudson Lights complex is a new development in downtown Fort Lee that was designed to serve a strong demand for high-end living, culture, arts, entertainment, dining, and shopping all in one location just minutes from the George Washington Bridge. Marisa Kochnover, Executive Lead Instructor and Owner of CycleBar Fort Lee and CycleBar Closter, comments saying “Fort Lee is becoming a bustling hub. We are bringing boutique fitness to an area where people are really excited to participate. We’re so thrilled to be a part of a booming area with iPic, City Perch, and Seesaw.”
Cyclebar puts a great emphasis on philanthropy and giving back to their communities. They started a program entitled CycleGiving, which helps to raise money for local organizations and charities through “charity rides,” wherein the amount paid by each registered rider is given to the organization in full. Riders can also have sponsors, to help maximize the amount of money each charity will be given.
Fort Lee BDA Executive Director, Stuart Z. Koperweis, commented, “We are so honored to have an establishment such as CycleBar coming to Fort Lee. Their commitment to give back to their communities is remarkable and we are thrilled to welcome them to our burgeoning downtown.”
In celebration of their grand opening, CycleBar will be holding a CycleBlast where they will offer up to 50 free classes, by registering in advance. This special will be available through November 27. If interested, be sure to register at the following website: www.fortlee.cyclebar.com.
