Fort Lee’s Business District Alliance holds a ribbon cutting ceremony for Daegu Chicken

FORT LEE, NJ–– Mayor Mark Sokolich joined by the Business District Alliance (BDA) of Fort Lee, celebrated the grand opening of Daegu Chicken with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 9, 2017.  The premium Korean chicken restaurant is located at 553 Main Street.

The restaurant is named for the city of Daegu in South Korea which has over 100 chicken franchises with more than 300 sauce flavors. Owner Jae Lee is proud to bring Daegu Chicken to North Jersey, adding, “Fort Lee is one of the fastest growing towns in New Jersey. It is such a melting pot and we hope to bring diversity to the town. There is so much potential for us to grow with our convenient location.”

Daegu Chicken uses quality ingredients from locally sourced markets and prepares fresh organic chicken daily.  Lee commented, “Our mission is to spread the love of DAEGU chicken. One taste and you will know the difference!”
